Edublox was privileged to be part of the 702 Birthday Wish List initiative to assist in making a mother and son’s wishes come true.

Daphne wished for somebody to help her adopted son of 15 to learn how to read. Monique (Randburg and Westrand franchisee) featured on the John Robbie Show on 17 June 2013. Monique offered free classes for a year and Edublox Head Office sponsored a computer-based home program. An individual tutoring course might also be provided if required. The mother and son were overwhelmed by the gift and Thabo committed to read live on air from a book on 17 June 2014 on 702 Talk Radio.

Monique met Daphne and Thabo at the 702 Birthday Party on 28 June in the 702 Studio to hand over the gift in person.
